PREPAID MASTERCARD™ REWARD PROGRAM

These NextGenCel™ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and participation in the Rewards Program, which is operated by NG Mobile Systems, Sarl (the Company) in conjunction with the NextGenCel™ mobile App and telecom services. These Rewards Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with NG Mobile Systems for other products and services. Please note that your access to and participation in the Rewards Program is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements linked in these Rewards Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these Rewards Terms. In addition, these Rewards Terms complement and incorporate by reference the MasterCard™ Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the MasterCard Terms of Use and these Rewards Terms, the MasterCard Terms of Use will control.

The Company reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Rewards Program and/or all or any portion of these Rewards Terms or any policy pertaining to the Rewards Program at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the Tiers (defined below) or benefits received under the Rewards Program, merge the Rewards Program with another rewards program, or to adjust how Rewards are earned, calculated or redeemed. 

1. Rewards Program Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Rewards Program. The program is offered BY INVITATION to those users that meet the Reward Level Status.

2. Rewards Program Description

The Rewards Program is open to any NextGenCel™ mobile App or Corporate/Small Business/Associated user using our telecom services for international voice and SMS.

Sign up for a NextGenCel™ account:

Go to nextgencel.com or download the App on the iOS App store (NextGenCel Video) or Android Google Play (NextGenCel). Sign up by providing the required information and a valid mobile number.  A password will be sent by SMS.

All NextGenCel™ services are prepaid and you must load your account via credit card, PayPal, uKash, CashU, voucher (recharge PIN) or through your Corporate/Small Business/Associated account manager.

3. Reward Level status

The Prepaid MasterCard benefits that are available to you through the Rewards Program are based on Tier level on the following factors: 

    • Monthly prepaid service package
    • Minimum NextGenCel™ account balance
    • Monthly minutes used for call termination services
    • Corporate, Small Business or Associated User programs

4. Rewards Program Tiers

The Rewards Program currently offers the Executive Tier (which is invite-only). 

All users that were registered under a corporate, small business or associated user program are eligible.   Independent users may be eligible with the purchase of monthly plans for 9 consecutive months and receive a monthly invoice from the Company to a validated personal street address, an average use of 500 minutes per month or by maintaining a minimum account balance of $300.00 for 9 consecutive months.

5. Redemption of Rewards

Reward participants will be invited to subscribe for a Prepaid MasterCard.  If accepting, participants must provide required personal identification such as a valid passport or driver’s license (with at least 3 months remaining before expiration) and have on file with the Company a validated personal street address.

The Company will issue to the user the Prepaid MasterCard subject to the Terms and Conditions of the MasterCard program.  

The company will recharge MasterCards based on the reward program as a percentage of the telecom services purchased and/or used by the client:

Executive Level Platinum:

total of 5,000 minutes per month or 50,000 minutes per year for all accounts within your individual/company/small business or associated accounts.

Reward: $2.50 MasterCard credit for each 100 minutes of NextGenCel™ service used.

Executive Level Gold:

total of 2,000 minutes per month or 25,000 minutes per year for all accounts within your individual/company/small business or associated accounts.

Reward: $2.00 MasterCard credit for each 100 minutes of NextGenCel™ service used.

Executive Level Silver:

total of 1,000 minutes per month or 10,000 minutes per year for all accounts within your individual/company/small business or associated accounts.

Reward: $1.50 MasterCard credit for each 100 minutes of NextGenCel™ service used.

Executive Level Bronze:

total of 500 minutes per month or 5,000 minutes per year for all accounts within your individual/company/small business or associated accounts.

Reward: $1.00 MasterCard credit for each 100 minutes of NextGenCel™ service used.

Telecom accounts are not deducted, changed or modified by the issuing of reward credits to a MasterCard.  Telecom credits remain in full force and effect under the NextGenCel™ usage terms and credits do not expire.  Your NextGenCel™ App balance will not change when reward credits are issued.  Rewards are considered in addition to telecom credit as an incentive to use NextGenCel™ as your telecom service provider for international voice, terminations and SMS.

6. EXPIRATION OF REWARDS

Telecom accounts are separate and distinct from rewards credits and subject to the NextGenCel™ terms.  Telecom credits do not expire and are non-transferrable.  Reward credits once distributed to a MasterCard are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the MasterCard program.  Credits cannot be removed and the card is valid until it’s printed expiration date.  The card can be used at all participating prepaid MasterCard™ merchants and banks.

7. Miscellaneous

Without notice to you, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Rewards Program and/or your participation in the Rewards Program (in whole or in part), if the Company determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Rewards Terms or that the use of your Rewards Program is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Without notice to you, the Company also reserves the right to “unregister" a Rewards Program Account that is inactive.
